There are several openings for paid staff positions. We are looking for energetic, servant-hearted people who want to work with our staff team to encourage others and help our church grow. Positions may be combined if it is the right fit for an applicant and our church.
¾ time position with management responsibilities of the church office, ministry calendar, and church facility use. Executive Assistant to the Senior Pastor. Primary hub for church-wide communications. Accounts payable. Key skills include administration, written and verbal communication, and willingness to work with a team.
Part time position that will lead a congregation in worship 2 times per month. Individual will also assist the pastors in planning services and work with volunteer musicians. Key skills for this position include coordination, up-front leadership, and musical ability.
Give leadership in accordance with the overall vision of spiritual development for children birth through 5th grade at OSEFC. To be accomplished through oversight and coordination of all areas of children’s ministry.
