Worldview + Apologetics

How does a Christian understand the world around him or her? How do we process and step into the biggest challenges, differences and joys of life? The answer begins with a Christian worldview.

How do we know God is trustworthy? Why should we believe the Bible is true? Christians are constantly having their faith claims challenged by those who would seek to draw them away from the clarity and truth of God and his Word. Our faith is strengthened when we address those challenges head-on by answering them.

The next session of the Our Saviour Institute will focus on Christian Worldview & Apologetics. Together, we will spend seven sessions studying the foundational pillars of a Christian worldview and preparing to give a reasonable response for the hope that we have in Jesus Christ.

This class meets on seven Tuesdays from 6:30-8:00pm (schedule provided). If you cannot be a part of each session, you are still encouraged to register and make it to as many classes as your schedule allows. Group members will benefit from reading 20-30 pages in advance of each meeting. Included with class registration and cost is a copy of the book “An Introduction To Christian Worldview: Pursuing God’s Perspective In A Pluralistic World” by Tawa J. Anderson, W. Michael Clark, and David K. Naugle. Questions? Contact Pastor Adam.

Awana Clubs Kick-Off

Awana clubs are a timeless tradition at Our Saviour, and a great way to get your child interested and excited about faith. Through memorization, small group time, songs, and games, your child will be empowered to learn about Jesus and make new friends! The clubs are scheduled Sept.-May on Tuesday evenings from 6:30-8:00 p.m.  We offer the following clubs: Cubbies for ages 3-5, Sparks for Kindergarten-2nd graders and Truth ‘N Training (T&T) Clubs for 3rd-6th graders.

Registration will open soon! Clubbers should be registered by their parents, and are $30 a child, or $60 for a family. Be on the lookout for more information regarding this Awana year!
