Thanks you so much Nancy for this in-depth introduction to I John. I loved that your were able to do it on your deck, in such a peaceful place. One would never know that you are speaking these eternal words of truth in the midst of a pandemic! Your emphasis on the entirety of the Gospel through these beautiful verses, and on the message of hope that Easter is all about, were soothing to my soul. Thank you dear sister for your example, love of the Word of God, and love of his people.

Thank you for your encouraging words, Cheryl. Aren’t we the most blessed people in all the world to be loved in this way and to have such a bright, future hope? So thankful the Lord opened me to His truth and gave me such special people to be on the Journey with—people like you!

Thank you for this wonderful message, Nancy! I love the truth that we will be completed in his image when we one day meet him face-to-face. Also, I appreciate the reminder that we need to strive for purity in our lives. None of us are immune from this. Each day my prayer is to become more and more like Jesus so that one day when I meet him he will know me and I will have a family resemblance! Thank you for your reassuring words this Holy Week.

Thank you, Barbie! So glad to not only come from the same biological family, but also to be God’s children together. What a wonderful thought to spend all of eternity with those we love—no longer separated by social distancing or geographical distance! Now, may God use us in our children’s and grandchildren’s lives to play a part in pointing them to this forever family so we know we can all be together one day. Love you, Sister!
